San Diego, CA — Bonita Valley started the game off, scoring 1 run by inning 2. Then, San Marcos Cruzers held them to that 1 run for 5 innings. In the 6th inning, the Cruzers' bats woke up, and we scored 2 runs! In the final inning, #00 hit a grounder and another run came in. #9 Pagan made an awesome catch in center field, stopping BV from scoring in the last inning! It was a tough battle against a worthy opponent, but SM Cruzers held BV at 1 run to take the championship! Congratulations to both teams, and coaches!
