Redmond, WA — Baden Black Sox had trouble keeping up with Washington Baseball Academy in an 8-0 loss on Monday during the semi final game of the Art Wright Memorial Day Tournament. Baden thought it had something going early in the second inning when Keane singled. Sotry singled in the fourth with two outs. Tran and Owen both singled in the Bottom of the fifth, but the four hits were not enough to get things going. Fitterer led the WBA to a victory on the hill. Fitterer allowed four hits and zero runs over five innings, striking out four and walking zero. Abner took the loss for Baden. Abner lasted two and two-thirds innings allowing three hits and three runs while striking out one.
