Ventura, CA — The JV football team took on a well coached Oak Park team at home. Buena got the run game going early and kept pounding through 4 quarters as the offensive unit put up 35 points. Defense played extremely well with only giving up 16 points and scoring on an interception that was run back for 103 yards, courtesy of James Blanks. James Blanks accounted for 4 TD's (1 on defense and 3 on offense), Hudson Machado had a helping hand in stopping the Oak Park offense as he flew around sideline to sideline on defense.
