Ventura, CA — The Bulldogs took on the Oxnard Yellowjackets. After a week of the best defensive practices the Bulldogs were ready for the skilled Oxnard team. Offense picked up where they left off from last weeks win and continued to run the and own the line of scrimmage. The Bulldog run game was a force in the 2nd half and all credit goes to the offensive line for blocking their tails off. Defense battled all night and stiffened up in the 2nd half and in critical moments. They had a key goal line stop with 6 minutes left on the clock which then the offense held the ball for the remainder of the game to give the Bulldogs another league victory. Buena 38 Oxnard 30.
