South Pasadena, CA — The Tigers are now 4-0 in Rio Hondo League play and remain atop the standings following their 5-2 win over the Temple City Rams on Friday. In their St. Patrick's Day green hats, the Tigers kept their league rivals to one hit, while belting out eight of their own. Jack Holley, Griffin Johnson, and Luke Riffle each had two hits apiece, and Jason Yipp had a double, and Quinn Sterling had a single. Owen Woodworth and Nolan Adams were on the mound, striking out six Rams and giving up only one hit and two earned runs. Next week the Tigers meet the San Marino Titans twice, looking to sweep them in the season series.
