Weehawken, NJ — Shea Grady drove in a pair of runs and Sean Riley added an RBI with one-out singles as Cranford rallied from a 6-1 seventh-inning deficit to tie, then win in eight innings in Weehawken. Michael Zalinkanskas got the win by retiring four Bayonne batters on just 13 pitch with a strikeout. Benjamin Moynihan went 6.2 innings as Cranford remained unbeaten after 11 games. Jake Carter, who scored twice, had the other two Cranford singles on the day. Aidan Paradine drove in three runs on a home run and a double as Bayonne fell to 8-4 on the season. Justin Hoffman rapped three singles. Anthony Mancini and Isiah Phillips had two hits each as BAyonne posted two runs in the third, fifth and seventh innings to get to within two outs of the win. Nolan Geiler struck out nine before giving way after 6.2 innings because of his pitch count.
