Easton, PA — Easton captured the lead 5-4 in the second inning when Braydon Hubbard singled on a 1-0 count, scoring the go ahead run with Easton coming back after being down 4-0. Bethlehem Catholic took the lead for good with four runs in the fifth inning. In the fifth an error scored one run for Bethlehem Catholic and Bryce Blawn homered on a 1-2 count, scoring three runs. Easton scored five runs in the second inning. Nolan Fuller, Anthony Suffness, and Hubbard powered the big inning with RBIs. Adam Boyer got the win for Bethlehem Catholic. The hurler went six innings, allowing five runs on nine hits and striking out one. Joseph Casciano threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen. Colin Jackson took the loss for the Red Rovers. Jackson went four innings, allowing seven runs on nine hits and striking out three. Brendan Larkin led Easton with two hits in three at bats. Easton will host Liberty on Sat. morning April 29 at 11am.
