Rochester Hills, MI — Ava Zagata was clutch at the plate with runners on base on Thursday, driving in four on three hits to lead Grand Blanc Junior Varsity Bobcats past Stoney Creek High School 21-7 on Thursday. Zagata drove in runs on a home run in the first, a walk in the first, a double in the third, and a single in the fifth. The Grand Blanc Junior Varsity Bobcats earned the victory despite allowing Stoney Creek High School to score four runs in the third inning. Stoney Creek High School's big inning was driven by a triple by #51 and a groundout by #32. In the first inning, Grand Blanc Junior Varsity Bobcats got their offense started when Zagata hit a solo homer. The Bobcats tallied seven runs in the third inning.
