Trumbull, CT — The Timberwolves dropped the 2nd game of Saturday's double-header 7-3 to the visiting Barracudas. The Barracudas were once again on the offensive attack, collecting 10 hits while striking out just once. Lya Del Rossi was again efficient on the mound, tossing 32/50 strikes, but dropped to 0-2 on the young season. The Timberwolves' web-gem of the day was a caught stealing by catcher Camilla Torres. Offensively, Lamis Haidar led the charge with 2 hits including a double. Nuala Matthews and Mackenzie Jacobs each had rbi singles. Avery Kipperman made her Timberwolves debut on the mound in both games coming in to finish.
