South Lyon, MI — Warriors hold their heads high amidst a crushing defeat to South Lyon East Cougars. Turnovers plagued the warriors throughout the game with 22 to Cougars’ 10, slowing any momentum gained. The Warriors had many shining moments where they were able to defeat the Cougars’ press which started immediately after tip-off. The Warriors played a clean game keeping the Cougars off the free throw line, increased the number of blocked shots, and saw more players putting up shots, and rebounding. If the Warriors can clean up their turnovers they will likely find themselves in a much more competitive position. Kellen Krzisnik led the team with twelve points while Dallas Sauve added eight. Sauve also led the team in rebounds with seven and Dallin Ormond added three shot blocks.
