Bethlehem, PA — Freedom lead off the top half on the first by putting some early pressure on Becahi. But a failed sacrifice bunt, offensive interference, and a fly out left The Pates scoreless. Walker followed up his stellar outing against Liberty with another good start in this one. Unfortunately, he made one mistake to the third batter in the bottom half of the first and he took it over the left field wall putting Becahi up one. Walker would go on to throw a complete game surrendering 1 run, on 7 hits while on walking one batter, and striking out seven Golden Hawks. Freedoms offense would create traffic on the base paths in every inning accept the third inning but could not capitalize on any of their chances. Suarez and Phillips accounted for the lone hits on the day. Freedom looks to find their rhythm against East Stroudsburg, Tuesday 4pm at home.
