South Pasadena, CA — In an exciting Spring Break game, the Tigers scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to beat La Salle. Jon Bracamonte pitched a complete game allowing only two runs and striking out two. In the seventh inning, the Tigers were down 2-1. Nolan Adams walked, Aaron Kawasaki singled, and Elijah Garcia sacrificed to advance the runners. La Salle intentionally walked Leo Castillo. This allowed Adams to score when Jesse Chavez walked. Luke Riffle came to the plate with the score tied and two men on. He hit a grounder to the pitcher who couldn't handle the throw and Nathan Olivarez, pinch running for Kawasaki, slid into home to give the TIgers the victory.
