Easton, PA — In the first eight games for the Freedom Patriots, we have seen games with great offensive, strong defense, and clutch pitching… just not all in one game. On Monday they proved they could put it all together behind another stellar performance on the mound by Chase Walker. Easton took the lead in the first scoring 1 run in their half of the inning. Freedom would tie it back at 1-1 in their next at bats with a n RBI double off the bat of Geovanny Ledee. The Pates would not look back from there, scoring 2 runs in both of the next two innings and 6 runs in the 6th inning. This is all while holding The Rovers scoreless with solid defense. The team totaled 13 hits on the day while Horvath, Peluso, Cobb, and Suarez each had multiple hits on the day. Chase stayed hot on the mound with another dominate outing recording 6 strikeouts, only giving up 3 hits, and walked no one over 6 innings. Let’s stay hot with another great day of baseball Tommorow at home.
