South Pasadena, CA — The South Pasadena Tigers won a wild game 11-10 over the Glendale Nitros. South Pasadena jumped out to an 8-0 lead in the first inning with hits from Luke Riffle, Griffin Johnson, Devin Robinson Jr., and Elijah Garcia. Nolan Adams pitched two scoreless innings, followed by Tyler Vargas, Owen Woodworth, Gabe Vogel, Leo Castillo, and Jon Bracamonte. Glendale came back from the first-inning deficit to take a 9-8 lead, but South Pasadena reclaimed the lead with Johnson's third hit of the game. In the top of the seventh inning, Robinson Jr. threw a runner out at the plate to preserve the score and the Tigers' won 11-10. South Pasadena will play John Marshall (Pasadena) at home on Tuesday.
