Nampa, ID — Despite seeing their 4-run lead whittled down by the end, Skyview Hawks still held off for a 6-5 victory on Tuesday. Ridgevue closed the gap by scoring on a hit by pitch, walk and another walk. An error put Ridgevue on the board in the bottom. Chandler Aldridge singled, which helped Skyview Hawks tie the game at one in the top of the second. The Falcons took the lead in the bottom of the third, hitting into a double play, but one run scored, to give Ridgevue the lead 2-1. The Hawks flipped the game on its head in the top of the fifth, scoring five runs on three hits to take a 6-2 lead. The biggest blow in the inning was a double by Keegan Sullivan that drove in two run, turning the tide of the game. Chandler Aldridge had two hits in three at-bats and Jacoby Navarro stole three bases to help in the victory. Next up for Skyview Hawks is a game at Vallivue on Wednesday, April 10th.
