Brandon stayed hot at the plate by going 2 for 3 with an RBI and a run scored. Brandon led off the second inning with a base hit and eventually scored on an error. In the third inning, he singled to right field, scoring a runner from second base with two outs.

JJ was in total control on the mound, needing just 59 pitches (43 strikes) to go the distance and get the win for the Blaze. JJ pitched 7 innings, giving up just one run on three hits. He also struck out one Cougar hitter and did not give up any walks.
