Performance

Luke had a huge game going 3 for 3 with a run scored and an RBI. His single in the second inning scored the Blaze's first run of the game. He singled and scored in the fifth inning for the team's second run. With the Blaze down by a run in the bottom of the seventh, Luke hit a leadoff double to the fence in left-center field. The Blaze went on to tie the game and eventually score the winning run later that inning.

CO-MVP

John Santelman

John was 1 for 3 on the day with a walk and huge RBI. In a tied game in the bottom of the seventh inning. John hit a line drive to the right-center field gap for a walk-off triple.

Nick Discher

Nick started on the mound and pitched six innings. He gave up just two runs (one earned) on three hits. He also struck out two hitters.

Adam Krueger

Adam's stat line may not stand out, but he did exactly what was needed for the Blaze to be in a position to win the game. In the fifth inning with the score tied, he laid down a sacrifice bunt to move a runner in scoring position. The runner later scored to give the Blaze the lead. Then, in the seventh inning after McHugh's leadoff double. Adam was asked again to bunt him over and he did just that. Two runs eventually scored giving the Blaze the walk-off win.
