Wichita, KS — Campus boys varsity and girls varsity squared off against the Cheney Cardinals on 12/5 at home. Girls varsity won 71-4 highlighted by a tech fall from Ava Cruce. Boys varsity won 48-11 highlighted by a big pin from Aiden Weaver in the final bout of the night. Cheney had numerous forfeits on both sides but the wrestlers they brought were scrappy and the first dual of the season was a great test for those who had matches. The colts hope to take this momentum into the weekend with the Girls varsity heading to Valley center Girls jv heading to Emporia and Boys Varsity heading down to Ark city for a huge test at the Wayne Jackson Dual Tournament.
