Ryker Wallace collected five hits in five at bats, as Cass City Red Hawks Varsity defeated Port Huron Northern Varsity Huskies 14-3 on Friday at Port Huron High School Varsity Baseball Field. Wallace doubled in the second inning, singled in the third inning, singled in the fifth inning, and doubled in the sixth inning.
Cass City Red Hawks Varsity got on the board in the top of the first inning after Dylan Severance was struck by a pitch, and Matt Mellendorf stole home, each scoring one run.
Cass City Red Hawks Varsity added to their early lead in the top of the second inning after Mellendorf walked, and Carson Anthes singled to left field, each scoring one run.
