Bombers snap losing streak with 54-49 road victory!

Middlesex, NJ — Coach Donegan stressed an improved effort defensively and the Bombers answered the call.
Aggressive defensive by Jaiir Simmon and elite rebounding by Andria Saakashvili helped hold Middlesex under 20 points as Sayreville took the lead into halftime Middlesex caught fire from 3 and pulled ahead 40-38 going into the 4th. However, thanks to big shots from Brady Holmes, Tyler McQuiller and Landon Gregory the Bombers were able to re-take the lead. Sayreville showed resilience and great teamwork as all 5 starters scored at least 9 points and the Bombers pulled away at the end thanks to clutch free throws and a game clinching rebound by Colin Maher.
The Bombers next game is Wednesday vs. Milltown
