Miller Varsity Rebels got on the board in the first inning after Elian Salas hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run. Miller Varsity Rebels scored six runs on two hits in the bottom of the second inning. Johnny Leyva singled, scoring two runs, Ilya Ridge grounded out, scoring one run, Raphael Sotello was struck by a pitch, driving in a run, and Angel Lopez singled, scoring two runs. Miller Varsity Rebels scored five runs on two hits in the bottom of the third inning. Leyva singled, scoring one run, a wild pitch scored one run, Lopez drew a walk, scoring one run, Michael Castillo was struck by a pitch, driving in a run, and David Trujillo grounded out, scoring one run. Liam Good stepped on the mound first for Miller Varsity Rebels. The starting pitcher surrendered four hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out six and walking two. #10 stepped on the hill first for Indian Springs.
