Tanner, AL — Even though Tanner Junior Varsity Rattlers collected 11 hits to Woodville Junior Varsity Panthers's four, they still fell 17-15 on Saturday at Tanner High School. Jackson Owens, Hunter Moss, Michael Dempsey, and Takorey Greene each collected two hits for Tanner Junior Varsity Rattlers.
Despite the loss, Tanner Junior Varsity Rattlers did collect 11 hits in the high-scoring affair. Unfortunately, Woodville Junior Varsity Panthers had four hits on the way to victory.
Woodville Junior Varsity Panthers got on the board in the top of the first inning after N Swam drew a walk, scoring one run, A Arnold singled, scoring one run, C Fowers was struck by a pitch, driving in a run, and a wild pitch scored two runs.
