San Dimas got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Vaughn Coleman homered to left field, Jayden Medina grounded out, and James Rocha laid down a sacrifice bunt, each scoring one run. San Dimas added to their early lead in the bottom of the second inning after Coleman singled to center field, Jason Almeda singled to left field, Alta Loma Varsity Braves committed an error, and Alta Loma Varsity Braves committed an error, each scoring one run. Rocha earned the win for San Dimas. The hurler surrendered five hits and two runs over six innings, striking out eight and walking two. Logan Sein pitched four innings in relief for Alta Loma Varsity Braves. The hurler surrendered five hits and one run (zero earned) while, striking out one and walking three.
