South Hills got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Ayden Vieth grounded out, and Victor Merlos hit a sacrifice fly, each scoring one run. South Hills added one run in the second. Donovan Rendon hit a sacrifice fly, making the score 3-0. Elias Reyes earned the win for South Hills. The hurler allowed two hits and zero runs over five innings, striking out four and walking two. Jake Zandbergen took the loss for Alta Loma Varsity Braves. The pitcher went six innings, surrendering four runs on eight hits, striking out one and walking none. Number eight hitter, M Perez, showed the depth of Alta Loma Varsity Braves's lineup, by leading them with two hits in two at bats. Alta Loma Varsity Braves turned one double play in the game. Carson Baker and Robert Brown were a force together in the lineup, as they each collected two hits for South Hills while hitting back-to-back.
