Show Low Junior Varsity Cougar got on the board in the top of the second inning after Show Low Junior Varsity Cougar scored on a passed ball, and Lilly Davis doubled down the right field line, each scoring one run. Blue Ridge JV tied the game in the bottom of the second thanks to a single by Nani Caddo, and a walk by Korti Martinez. In the top of the third, Show Low Junior Varsity Cougar broke up the tie when Malaia McNeil singled, scoring two runs. Then a fielder's choice by Davis followed to extend the lead to 5-2. Davis stepped in the circle first for Show Low Junior Varsity Cougar. The righty allowed three hits and three runs (one earned) over five innings, striking out six and walking six. Shandin Caddo led things off in the circle for Blue Ridge JV. The starting pitcher allowed seven hits and seven runs (three earned) over five innings, striking out two and walking three. Shiloh Cisneros went 2-for-2 at the plate to lead Show Low Junior Varsity Cougar in hits. Davis and McNeil each drove in two runs for Show Low Junior Varsity Cougar. Mariah Guinn stole two bases.
