Myrtle beach, SC — Lauren Wallace drove in five runs on two hits to lead Armada past Franklin Road Academy Varsity Panthers 13-0 on Tuesday. Lauren Wallace doubled in the second scoring two, singled in the second scoring two, and walked in the fifth scoring one. Armada scored nine runs in the second inning on the way to victory. Lauren Wallace doubled, scoring two runs, an error scored one run, Sophia Ioviero singled, scoring two runs, Gianna Solinger singled, scoring one run, Gianna Solinger scored after tagging up, and Lauren Wallace singled, scoring two runs. Armada got on the board in the top of the first inning after Sophia Ioviero scored after tagging up, and Baley Hans grounded out, each scoring one run. Stephanie Clark stepped in the circle first for Armada. The right-handed pitcher allowed two hits and zero runs over three innings, striking out three and walking one. Maillie Fuson led things off in the circle for Franklin Road Academy Varsity Panthers. The starting pitcher surrendered nine hits and 12 runs (six earned) over five innings, striking out three and walking seven. Baley Hans threw two innings of scoreless ball for Armada in relief. The pitcher surrendered one hit, striking out one and walking one. Brooklynn Hrinkovich, Gianna Solinger, and Lauren Wallace each collected two hits for Armada. Khloe Tino led Armada with two walks.
