Garden Grove, CA — Hayley Brock drove in four runs on two hits to lead Fullerton Varsity Tribe past Garden Grove 17-2 on Friday. Hayley Brock doubled in the second inning, scoring two runs, and tripled in the third inning, scoring two. Fullerton Varsity Tribe got on the board in the top of the first inning after Malaya Majam-Finch singled down the right field line, and Abby Lee hit a sacrifice fly, each scoring one run. Fullerton Varsity Tribe scored five runs on three hits in the top of the second inning. Kaylyn Yi singled, scoring one run, Hayley Brock doubled, scoring two runs, an error scored one run, and Naia Su'e grounded out, scoring one run. Jazmine Santos hit a solo home run to left field in the bottom of the second for the Garden Grove. Fullerton Varsity Tribe scored six runs on six hits in the top of the third inning.
