North Caldwell, NJ — The Knights exploded for 7 Runs in the 1st inning, and held on for a 12-7 victory over Montclair HS. Max Garcia singled twice in the 1st inning, Joe Panzarino, Aydan Sorrentino, and Colin Fogg also chipped in with hits, the Knights also had 3 stolen bases in the grame leading to the 7 run first. Aidan Burgos (W, 1-0) pitched 3 innings of scoreless relief, giving up 1 hit, 1 walk, striking out 6. Some notable performances by the Knights: Garcia finished the day 2 for 3 with 2 Runs, 2 SBs and an RBI. Fogg went 1 for 3 with 2 RBI Panzarino chipped in with 1 hit, 2 Runs, and 2 SBs Caden Loztio had 2 doubles, 2 runs, and and RBI for the Knights.
