Bishop Kelly Varsity Knights got on the board in the top of the first inning after Lucas Blaine singled down the left field line, and Sy Wong grounded out, each scoring one run. Skyview Varsity Hawks tied the game up in the bottom of the first thanks to two singles. Skyview Varsity Hawks tied the game at two on a single by John Tyson. A ground out by Jaxson Brady gave Bishop Kelly Varsity Knights the lead, 3-2, in the top of the second. Bishop Kelly Varsity Knights added to their early lead in the top of the third inning after Zach Wright doubled to center field, and Cole Keck singled down the right field line, each scoring one run. Bishop Kelly Varsity Knights scored five runs on four hits in the top of the seventh inning. Wright grounded out, scoring one run, Keck singled, scoring two runs, Luca Quilici singled, scoring one run, and an error scored one run. Quilici earned the win for Bishop Kelly Varsity Knights.
