Glen Lake got on the board in the top of the third inning after Peter Gelsinger tripled to center field, and Tanner Crick singled, each scoring one run. Glen Lake scored eight runs on four hits in the top of the fifth inning. Max Galla drew a walk, scoring one run, Colton Newman singled, scoring one run, Isaac Hlavka singled, scoring one run, Gelsinger singled, scoring one run, Jacob Peplinski drew a walk, scoring one run, Galla drew a walk, scoring one run, and Fletcher Middleton drew a walk, scoring one run. Jaxon Clark stepped on the bump first for Rudyard Varsity Bulldogs. The pitcher surrendered eight hits and five runs over four innings, striking out one and walking one.
