Ethan Sova led Caledonia Fighting Scots (Varsity) with two hits. An error put Caledonia Fighting Scots (Varsity) on the board in the top of the first. Catholic Central Varsity Cougars jumped into the lead in the bottom of the third when an error scored two runs, and Braxton Williams singled, scoring one run. Caledonia Fighting Scots (Varsity) jumped back into the lead in the top of the fifth inning after Jackson McNew tripled to center field, and Catholic Central Varsity Cougars committed an error, each scoring one run. Catholic Central Varsity Cougars captured the lead, 6-4, in the bottom of the sixth when Casey Shelton hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, and Cameron Maley singled, scoring two runs.
