Grand Rapids, MI — Caledonia Fighting Scots (Varsity) could not keep up with Catholic Central Varsity Cougars 5-1 on Saturday.
Caledonia Fighting Scots (Varsity) got on the board in the first inning after an error scored one run.
Cameron Maley grounded out, which helped Catholic Central Varsity Cougars tie the game at one in the bottom of the first.
Catholic Central Varsity Cougars captured the lead, 5-1, in the bottom of the fourth when Nick Schaab grounded out, scoring one run, Maley drew a walk, scoring one run, and Owen Tietema singled, scoring two runs.
