Junior quarterback Matt Fizia led the offense with a balanced performance, completing 7 of 11 passes for 117 yards and 2 touchdowns, while also adding a 10-yard rushing score. Fizia’s favorite target on the night was junior wide receiver Maleek Evans, who caught 5 passes for 66 yards, including a 35-yard touchdown strike. Senior receiver Corday White also made a major impact, hauling in a 35-yard touchdown and contributing heavily on defense with 10 tackles and a forced fumble. The Panthers’ ground game was once again powered by junior running back Masai Ali, who carried the ball 26 times for 195 yards and a 5-yard touchdown run.
