Buena JV vs Royal
The JV Bulldogs battled Royal High School Friday night and came up just short by a score of 32-22. After falling behind early, Kaedyn Martinez found Cameron Carrillo for a long touchdown to cut the lead to 8-7. After a fumble recovery by Sammy Cesario set the Bulldogs up in good field position, a quick touch pass from Martinez to Carrillo put the Bulldogs in front 14-8. Royal scored just before half time to take a 16-14 lead. A deep touchdown pass from Martinez to Alex Severiano put the Bulldogs up 22-16 which would be their final lead.
