Orange, CA — The Laguna Beach Breakers took their perfect record to Fred Kelly Stadium to take on the Orange Panthers. The Panthers scored first on a short run to go up seven to nothing, but in the second quarter on a punt the center snapped the ball over the kickers head ending in a safety Laguna Beach. Orange put another touchdown on the board before half to go into the break up 14-2. Laguna was able to score in the third quarter with a nice throw and catch from Jack Hurst to Grant Regal. A field goal by Orange put them up 17 to 9 in the fourth quarter Laguna Beach had a few more chances to score but came up empty and Orange added another touchdown in the fourth quarter to make the final score Orange 24 Laguna Beach 9. This Friday LB will travel to Sherman Oaks to take on Notre Dame High School in the first round of CIF playoffs.
