Fillmore, CA — The league that were in, the GCYFL, decided to try something new this year. They dropped each of the worst two teams in Division 1 throughout all of the age brackets down to the Division 2 playoff bracket. Then everyone gets a playoff game everyone gets a trophy type of.... thought process... Fillmore was the last ranked team so they dropped down to D2 for a playoff game (they lost). The D2 playoffs started a week before the D1 playoffs so, they took our game away. It counts as a forfeit. We had a bye week. On to the Newbury Park Steelers for the first round of the playoffs!
