Holt, MI — The HJR Dombroski Bronze team bounced back in solid fashion with an overwhelming 40-6 score against St. Johns today. A balanced offensive attack with tenacious defense combined to be a deadly combination as the Rams tied their highest point total of the season. A solid rebounding performance was only matched in their energy and effort to play together. 8 Rams were able to assist with points today while others contributed with steals, assists and rebounds. The Rams were led in scoring by Zach Mead with 10 points, Ryan Brooks with 8 points, along with Kash James & Nasir Lane with 6 points, respectively. The Rams also got good offensive production from Cameron Powell (4 points) and Jackson Dombroski, Jaxson James & Makhi Love each contributing 2 points. Each Ram was assisted with the ball screens and help defense by Holden Wharton. The Rams improved to 5-1 and will take on their next opponent in a cross town showdown on Saturday, February 7 AT OKEMOS.
