The Bombers jumped out early, taking an 18-13 lead after the first quarter behind aggressive play from senior guard Chidi Chukwurah. New Dorp responded in the second frame, outscoring Sayreville 21-15 to grab a slim halftime advantage. But the Bombers regrouped after the break, reclaiming control with a 19-16 third-quarter push. In the final period, Sayreville’s defense locked down, holding New Dorp to just seven points while adding 14 of their own to secure the win.
