San Juan Capistrano, CA — The @jserra.girlslax team returned home on Tuesday and returned to the victory column, as the Lions rolled past the Vista Murrieta Broncos 19-4 in a nonleague game at JSerra Catholic High School. With the win, the Lions even their record at 2-2. JSerra surged to a 7-2 lead after the first period and then added seven straight goals to assume a commanding lead early in the third period. Senior Kate Berkus scored a game-high eight goals for the Lions, while junior Viv Devir added four goals. Seniors Hannah Quinn and Ava Wensley each scored twice.
