Piscataway, NJ — Sayreville Boys Blue stormed out to an early lead but Piscataway played them even in the 2nd quarter to keep the game hanging in the balance. Coach Donegan challenged his team to toughen up on the boards and start moving the ball. The Bombers answered the call with a 17-7 run in the 3rd quarter to pull away. "Mr. 10" Ryan Ruiter led the way as the top ART scorer for the game. He had a monster performance on the glass while also acting as the primary rim protector. For the third game in a row, Jayvian Cespedes put up a +9 as he shows he can consistently produce assists and rebounds while limiting turnovers. Landon Gregory continues to take strides as an all-around player as he rounded out the top 3 with a +8. Captains Colin Maher and DJ Thomas aggressive play on both ends and leadership also contributed to the win. The Bombers season continues on Friday at Metuchen.
