Judsonia, AR — White County Central scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to slip by Riverview 7-6 Tuesday afternoon.
The Raiders scored three runs on four hits in the top of the seventh to take a 6-5 lead into the bottom of the seventh inning. The Bears had back-to-back hits in the bottom of the inning to score the winning runs.
Austin Hill, Layton Miller, and Dane Clegg all had two hits to lead the Raiders offensively.
Weston Gordon started on the mound for Riverview, throwing two and two-thirds innings and allowing four hits and four runs (zero earned) while striking out seven. Shannon Moore came on in relief and allowed two hits and two runs (one earned) while striking out five over three innings.
The Raiders will be back in action Thursday when they get back to conference play with a game against Pangburn. First pitch is scheduled for 4:30.
