San Juan Capistrano, CA — The @jserra.boys_tennis team enjoyed a successful crosstown road trip on Thursday, as the Lions knocked off the San Juan Hills Stallions by a score of 14-4 in a nonleague battle at San Juan Hills High School. JSerra’s journey to victory was led by a sweep of doubles action. Seniors Connor Faul and Emilio Salgado teamed for wins of 6-1 and 6-1, while Faul also paired with senior Tom Gormley for a 6-1 victory. Senior Cade Faul and junior Robert Thornton enjoyed victories of 6-2 and 6-0, with Cade Faul and junior Enzo Biundo producing a 6-4 win. Seniors HB Warner and Jacob Lebrun joined forces for wins of 6-3 and 7-6, with Warner and freshman Aidan Andren teaming for a 6-2 victory. Junior Michael Geffre produced triumphs of 6-0 and 6-1 in singles competition. Sophomore Rafael Shaikh also secured wins of 6-1 and 6-1. Junior Kayden Kral earned a 6-1 triumph.
