Lakewood, CA — The @jserra.boys_tennis team kicked off the second half of Trinity League with another convincing victory on Wednesday, as the Lions defeated the St. John Bosco Braves 16-2 at the Lakewood Tennis Center in Lakewood. JSerra is now 16-1 on the season and 6-0 in league play. The Lions swept all nine sets of singles action to highlight their win. Senior HB Warner produced a perfect day with triumphs of 6-0, 6-0, and 6-0. Senior Tom Gormley claimed wins of 6-4 and 6-0, with freshman Aidan Andren turning in victories of 6-0 and 6-1. Senior Connor Faul and sophomore Rafael Shaikh each added a set wins of 6-0 respectively. Senior Cade Faul and junior Kayden Kral swept their tandem action in doubles, winning by scores of 6-2, 6-0, and 6-1. Senior Emilio Salgado and junior Enzo Biundo secured dual wins of 6-1 and 6-1.
