Pine Bush, NY — Pine Bush came out strong, but the game unfortunately resulted in a 58–50 loss to Warwick Monday night at home. They remained competitive throughout the first three quarters, scoring 43 to Warwick’s 44. In the fourth quarter, they struggled, scoring 7 to Warwick’s 14, allowing Warwick to scoop the win. Nasir Merriman paved the way with a fantastic effort, scoring 17 points on great efficiency while also tallying 14 rebounds. Lenny Manzueta followed this with 12 points and facilitated the offense with 5 assists. Brayden Traver, Kumori Pratt, Michael Pitt, and Cole Meberg also chipped in, filling up the stat sheet. Pine Bush looks to build on this performance, still retaining hopes of a playoff run.
