Mission Viejo, CA — On a hot afternoon with temperatures approaching 100, the boys JV gold golf team matched the heat with an energized performance on the road defeating St. Margaret's 180–194 at Oso Creek. The team delivered its lowest total in the last five years, improving the previous mark by nine shots. Evan Leddy led the group with a blistering 2‑over 33, the best round recorded at the course during that span. Caleb Earlabaugh & Ethan Montblanc followed with respectable 5‑over 36's to round out the top of the scoring. It was a good win and a positive step as the team continues to build toward tougher league tests ahead.
