Monrovia, CA — It was a proper cat-fight when South Pasadena duked it out with Monrovia on Tuesday. The Tigers came up short against the Wildcats, falling 13-2. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.
Camila Rodriguez was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one triple and two RBI. That triple marked the first that she has hit this season.
South Pasadena's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Monrovia, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-6.
