Recap
South Pasadena, CA — After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Monrovia, South Pasadena was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They skirted past the San Marino Titans 8-7. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 4-3 last Tuesday.
The team relied heavily on Racquel Dominguez, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and two RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April of 2025. Another player making a difference was Cassidy Lee, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.
South Pasadena's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for San Marino, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-5.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. South Pasadena will head out to challenge Duarte at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers will need to watch out since the Falcons have now posted at least ten runs in their last three games. As for San Marino, they will venture away from home to face off against Monrovia at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Titans surely won't give up without a fight.
