Ervien doubled in the fourth scoring three, singled in the third scoring two, and singled in the first scoring one. Show Low Varsity Cougars got on the board in the top of the first inning after Aspyn Clark doubled, scoring one run, Addi Clark doubled, scoring one run, Lyndie Wallentine hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, Tatum Townsend singled, scoring one run, Ervien singled, scoring one run, Angelee Villa singled, scoring two runs, and Clark hit into a double play, but one run scored. Show Low Varsity Cougars scored eight runs on seven hits in the top of the third inning. Villa doubled, scoring two runs, Clark tripled, scoring three runs, Teliah Goseyun induced Wallentine to hit into a fielder's choice, but one run scored, and Ervien singled, scoring two runs. Show Low Varsity Cougars scored six runs on four hits in the top of the fourth inning. Clark hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, Riley Heuett singled, scoring one run, Townsend singled, scoring one run, and Ervien doubled, scoring three runs. Heuett earned the win for Show Low Varsity Cougars. The starter surrendered zero hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out five and walking three. Goseyun took the loss for Alchesay. The pitcher went three innings, surrendering 16 runs on 14 hits, striking out none and walking four. Show Low Varsity Cougars collected 18 hits in the game. Villa, Townsend, and Ervien each collected three hits for Show Low Varsity Cougars. Clark, Heuett, and Clark each collected multiple hits for Show Low Varsity Cougars. Show Low Varsity Cougars had patience at the plate, collecting eight walks for the game. Rylee Wyatt and Ari Rivera led the team with two walks each. Villa stole two bases. Show Low Varsity Cougars ran wild on the base paths, piling up five stolen bases for the game. Alchesay were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error.
