Wilhelm singled in the seventh inning, singled in the third inning, singled in the first inning, and singled in the sixth inning. Show Low Junior Varsity Cougars were the first to get on the board in the first when an error scored one run. Show Low Junior Varsity Cougars added one run in the second. Huntlee Garvin grounded out, making the score 2-0. Holbrook Junior Varsity captured the lead, 3-2, in the bottom of the second when Arianna doubled, scoring one run, and an error scored two runs. Show Low Junior Varsity Cougars flipped the game on its head in the top of the third, scoring five runs on four hits to take the lead, 7-3. The biggest blow in the inning was a single by Meylin Muñoz that drove in two. Lilliana "Lilly" Davis stepped in the circle first for Show Low Junior Varsity Cougars.
