Alpena Varsity Wildcats got on the board in the bottom of the third inning after Aidan Aube singled, scoring one run, Brady Chapman singled, scoring one run, Eli Tessmer was struck by a pitch, driving in a run, and Cam Mcewen grounded out, scoring two runs. Colton Anderson earned the win for Alpena Varsity Wildcats. The pitcher allowed two hits and zero runs over three innings, striking out four and walking one. Jaxon Clark took the loss for Rudyard Varsity Bulldogs. The starting pitcher went two and one-third innings, giving up five runs on five hits, striking out one and walking one. Zach Orban started the game for Alpena Varsity Wildcats. The starting pitcher gave up one hit and zero runs over four innings, striking out six and walking one.
